Nutritionist & fitness experts say that going on vegetarian diet can be a healthy option. Others would say it is an exaggerated version of a nutritional diet & risky to embrace as the human body logically requires not just fiber & good carbohydrates but also lofty protein which vegetables have a small amount of. Not all can bear eating raw food & vegetarian food recipes in every single meal. But those who can supervise such diet chart are expectedly lean & fat-free.
