Alcohol and Insomnia: A Vicious Cycle
Consuming a few drinks to help you fall asleep, is what most people think in and, in numerous ways this can be genuine, however, it will not promise you receive a fitfull and complete nights rest. Quite often, it is these very drinks that will wake you up during the night and further lead to feeling sluggish, disorientated, and have a lack of concentration the next day.
